Prohibited & Restricted Items

To keep the AfnoBazar marketplace safe, lawful, and trustworthy, certain items may not be listed or sold, and others may be sold only subject to conditions and applicable law. This policy applies to all Sellers and forms part of the Seller Agreement and Terms of Service.
Prohibited Items
The following may not be listed or sold on AfnoBazar:
- Illegal drugs, narcotics, and related paraphernalia.
- Weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives, and other dangerous goods.
- Counterfeit, replica, or pirated goods, and items that infringe trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property.
- Stolen goods or items obtained unlawfully.
- Hazardous, toxic, radioactive, or flammable materials, and items prohibited for transport.
- Human or animal parts, endangered or protected species, and products derived from them.
- Obscene, pornographic, or otherwise unlawful content.
- Government identity documents, currency, and items whose sale is restricted by law.
- Any product whose sale, possession, or distribution is prohibited under the laws of Nepal.
Restricted Items
The following may be listed only if you hold the required licences/approvals and comply with all applicable laws, age restrictions, labelling, and category rules:
- Medicines, medical devices, and health supplements.
- Alcohol and tobacco products, where permitted.
- Cosmetics and personal-care products meeting safety and labelling requirements.
- Food and perishable goods meeting hygiene and safety standards.
- Electronics requiring certification, and items with import or regulatory conditions.
Enforcement
AfnoBazar conducts due diligence and operates a notice-and-takedown process. We may, at our discretion and without prior notice, remove or disable any listing, withhold related payouts, suspend or terminate the Seller account, and report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
