Epic White teeth whitening strips remove yellowing and surface stains caused by tea (chiya), coffee, curries, wine and tobacco. Instead of hydrogen peroxide, the gel uses PAP+ (phthalimidoperoxycaproic acid), which breaks down stains without the tooth sensitivity peroxide strips often cause. It also contains nano-hydroxyapatite (n-HAp), the same mineral found in tooth enamel, to help remineralise teeth while you whiten.

Each box contains 7 treatments (14 strips) and a shade guide to track your progress. Many people notice a change after the first use, with clearer results by day 3. How to Use Teeth Whitening Strips

1. Brush and rinse your teeth, then let them dry slightly.
2. With dry hands, open one sachet. Place the longer strip on your upper teeth, press firmly and fold the extra behind the teeth.
3. Place the shorter strip on your lower teeth the same way.
4. Leave on for 30 minutes. Do not eat or drink during this time.
5. Remove and discard the strips, then rinse your mouth. Avoid tea, coffee and strongly coloured food for 30 to 60 minutes.

Do whitening strips cause sensitivity?
Epic White is peroxide-free, so sensitivity is unlikely. Some people feel mild tingling during the first 1 to 2 uses, which usually settles by day 3.

How long do the results last?
Several weeks. Tea, coffee and tobacco will gradually re-stain teeth, so most people repeat a 7-day course every 3 to 6 months.

Can I use them with braces?
Not with metal braces, as the strips cannot reach the enamel under the brackets.
