Seller Return Policy
This policy sets out sellers' responsibilities for handling returns on the AfnoBazar marketplace. It works alongside the customer Returns & Refunds policy.
Accepting Returns
Sellers must accept valid returns where an item is damaged, defective, not as described, or incorrect (wrong item, size, colour, or quantity), provided the item is returned unused and in its original packaging.
Quality Checks
Returned items undergo a quality check. Sellers should inspect returns promptly on receipt and raise any disputes through the seller panel within the stated window.
Refunds & Replacements
Once a return is validated, sellers must authorise the refund or dispatch a replacement (subject to stock) without undue delay. Refund amounts are reconciled against the seller's payouts.
Non-Returnable Items
Categories that are non-returnable under the marketplace policy (e.g. perishables, intimate apparel, customised items) apply equally to sellers, except where a brand offers more generous terms.
